Prepare the turkey by removing giblets and neck. Rinse and wipe the cavity. Rub Apple & Thyme Rub both over and under the skin by gently lifting and pulling the skin away from the flesh, rubbing the seasonings under it, then patting the skin back down. The amount of seasoning required will be dependent upon the size of turkey. We suggest 3 tbsp. (30 g) of rub per 12-15 lbs (5-7 kg) of bird weight. Lightly butter the outside of the bird. Cook bird according to package instructions.
